Behind PRIME Fund Group stands a team with many years of experience in investments, acquisitions and building technology companies. As an active partner, we bring founders strategic know-how across the entire life cycle of their companies.
Fund strategy
We combine capital with a strategic and operational backbone. We invest in technology companies with high growth potential in e-commerce, longevity, biotech and AI — as well as in established companies with stable cash flow, which we build into long-term leaders.
Our ambition is not to be a passive investor. We provide founders with a long-term partnership built on experience, contacts and access to global markets. We believe that real wealth is created through strategy, discipline and patience.
The people behind the group
Jan Svoboda
An experienced venture capital investor with more than 15 years in the field. He specialises in strategic management and acquisitions, and his passion is modern technology. He founded Vertex Fund and previously served on the supervisory board of AVANT investiční společnost, a.s., the largest Czech manager of qualified investor funds. He also brings valuable know-how in marketing and communications. Before fully immersing himself in the world of investments, he served as marketing director of TV Prima and later as sales and marketing director of Czech Television.
Dušan Moskaliev
An expert recognised by the Czech National Bank for holding office at financial institutions. He has spent over 20 years in banking and corporate financial management. He obtained his securities broker licence back in 1995. He previously worked for Vereinsbank, Deutsche Bank and in senior positions at Czech and Slovak companies of the Raiffeisenlandesbank Oberösterreich group, as well as on the board of a savings cooperative. He is also a founding partner of the ZDR Investments real estate fund group and of the first Czech investment fund focused on veterinary care, First Veterinary Fund Central Europe SICAV a.s.
