Josef is a member of the investment committee of the sub-fund Tech & Innovations and is responsible for new investment opportunities in the field of IT/ICT. He is primarily focused on contact with key, especially corporate clients.

Prior to joining PRIME FUND Josef most notably worked for the corporations HP and O2. He started at HP in 2000, where he worked as a key salesman responsible for large corporate clients, banking institutions, and the manufacturing industry. His main job was the identification and subsequent realization of new business opportunities.  In collaboration with other departments, he planned and monitored service delivery from an efficiency and profitability perspective, with the primary goal of customer satisfaction. This allowed Josef to develop other projects with both new and existing clients. His top 10 clients and implemented projects include Kapsch (toll), complete IT outsourcing in Komerční Banka, Alcan Děčín, Mora Moravia, OKD, ČSOB, among others. The total value of processed orders that Josef was responsible for exceeded 2.5 billion CZK.

In 2014, Josef accepted an offer to become the Sales Director at O2 ICT, where he worked until 2016. His main tasks included managing a team of salespeople including personnel, human resource management, setting goals for the entire Sales Department, identifying new clients, and determining the future direction for the entire O2 ICT Division.

In 2016, Josef joined the less than a year old company Rexonix s.r.o as Key Salesman, where he continues to work to this day.
